After watching Shah Rukh Khan's film Raees, he started smuggling alcohol, got arrested now

After seeing Shah Rukh Khan's film Raees, a young man started dreaming of becoming a big liquor mafia in Delhi. He started smuggling liquor. Dodging the police, the accused used to bring illegal liquor from Haryana to Delhi by bike.

The gang of youth used a crude route to avoid police checking at the border. But his slyness did not last long. Dabri police on Saturday arrested Bindapur resident accused Sumit (26) with 47 counts of illicit liquor on a tip-off. The accused kept liquor boxes hidden in a warehouse in Dabri area.

According to DCP Anto Alphonse of Dwarka district, the Dabri police recovered a large quantity of illicit liquor from a warehouse on the basis of secret information. This illegal liquor was smuggled from Haryana and brought to various areas of West Delhi for supply.

The police has also arrested Sumit, a young man, from the warehouse. During interrogation, accused Sumit revealed that he had left school as a child due to lack of interest in studies. His father also supplied and sold illicit liquor. It was easy to earn big bucks.

Sumit started smuggling liquor after his father was old. Meanwhile, he saw the Raees movie of Shahrukh Khan. Shahrukh's character impressed him so much that he watched the film more than ten times. Even after the police caught him, the accused tried to call himself a hero by uttering the dialogue of the film.
