Sushant Singh Rajput's father, have blamed Rhea Chakraborty for provocation to push his son for self destruction. The late actor's father KK Singh has documented a police complaint in Patna against son’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and five others for abetment of suicide. Patna Police is in Mumbai to investigate the case with the assistance of Mumbai police.
Mr KK Singh in his written complaint mentioned, “my daughter went to son Sushant and stayed with him for two-three days to console him after Rhea left. She had assured him that all will be fine soon as family support is with him. But two days after she had left, my son ended his own life. Riya and her relatives and their partners have done humbuggery and tricked my son under an aggregate conspiracy. Rhea utilised him for their monetary advantage, threatened him and held him hostage for a long time. My son was pushed to end his life to end it all. Sushant’s father have requested, a genuine investigation should be completed by police by enlisting a collection of evidences against Reha, her family and concerned partners. I demand that the accompanying focuses to be considered in further investigation:
Que 1: Sushant did not suffer from any mental problem before 2019, so after coming in contact with Rhea Chakraborty what happened that he developed mental problem?
Que 2: When a person is mentally ill, all his rights are with his family. If Sushant was suffering from a mental illness and undergoing treatment, why was the family’s permission not taken in writing or verbally?
Que 3: During this period, the doctors who treated Sushant were also involved in Rhea’s conspiracy. What was the treatment and medicines given to him has to be enquired.
Que 4: Rhea knew that Sushant's mental condition was critical, still she left with his treatment papers, leaving him alone. And then intentionally broke contact so that he would get emotionally week and commit suicide. It was part of Riya and her family’s conspiracy.
Que 5: Rs 15 crore were transferred from Sushant’s account from Kotak Mahindra Bank to an other bank account which is not related to him. How much money Reha has cheated by conspiring with her family and associates, has to be investigated, and the truth will be known.
Que 6: When Sushant had earned good name from his work in the film industry, so how come he stopped getting film offers after Rhea came in his life?
Que 7: Sushant wanted to purse organic farming along with his friend Mahesh but when Rhea got to know this she objected and threatened Sushant that she would ruin his image and everything by highlighting his treatment papers in media from her good influence. But when Sushant protested this, Rhea realised that Sushant was no longer of any use to her. She left with Sushant's laptop, cash, jewellery, his credit card, treatment documents, his pins and password. Why Sushant was deprived of his own acquisition, this has to be thoroughly inquired.
Charges against Rhea Chakraborty are:
IPC Section 406 - Punishment for criminal breach of trust
IPC Section 341 - Punishment for wrongful restraint
IPC Section 342 - Punishment for wrongful confinement
IPC Section 306 – Abetment of suicide
IPC Section 380 - Theft in dwelling house
IPC Section 420 - Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.
Acting to be blameless now, Rhea depleted him monetarily and mentally says Sushant Singh Rajput's family. Sushant's father has also brought up the issue that so far Mumbai Police is doing examination on the individuals who have a small role in this case. Instead action on the main accuse must be taken.
Lok Janshakti Party chief Chirag Paswan had also written to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, to direct a fair inquiry into the case so that no capable individual is victimised in future due to nepotism and factionalism in Bollywood.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar also demanded a CBI investigation by writing to the state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
Including producer-director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor, filmmaker Aditya Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt, director Mukesh Chhabra, film critic Rajeev Masand and around 40 people were were summoned by Mumbai police to give statements in this case so far.
Fans have assumption about Rhea Chakraborty and Mahesh Bhatt relationship and requesting since long for enquiry on this self destruction case by CBI. Answers to speculations and hypothesis of fans and well-wishers in the self-destruction case of Sushant Singh Rajput is likely to be met through answers to questions posed by Sushant Singh Rajput's father.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has already acknowledged a letter by previous Cabinet Minister Subramanian Swamy, mentioning a CBI enquiry in the self destruction case of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
